What happens if I BLOCK my camera and microphone when joining a call, and how do I fix it?

Here is a step-by-step process to allow your browser to access your camera and microphone if it has previously been blocked.

Using Google Chrome:

  • Click the padlock icon in the upper left corner of your browser.
  • Confirm the connection is secure, then change the Camera drop-down to ALLOW. Change the microphone drop-down to ALLOW.
